Kernel offers an AI-native RevOps data platform focused on cleaning, enriching, and completing enterprise CRM account data, plus custom AI agents that continuously research and sync account insights into systems like Salesforce. It is under consideration by Arelion.

Capabilities

Kernel maintains a large database of companies and entities, built from registries, web data, and public professional profiles, and pairs each entity with rich structured and unstructured context (jobs, websites, Wikipedia, etc.) tailored for AI use. Kernel integrates natively with Salesforce via a connected app and package, and connects to HubSpot as a data destination via its CRM integration APIs or intermediary tools. The platform has the following capabilities:

  • Deduplication: Automatically detects and merges duplicate accounts, corrects inconsistent names and websites, and standardizes entities using its own AI-focused entity graph rather than just static IDs.
  • Account hierarchies: Maps CRM accounts to real-world corporate structures (parent–subsidiary, brands, regions) so territories, ownership, and reporting lines match how sales actually sells.
  • Data Enrichment: Enriches accounts in real time from web and public data (sites, filings, news, PDFs) to keep firmographics, structures, and key attributes current instead of relying on periodic static refreshes.
  • Buying Group Identification: Builds custom hierarchies and “buying centers” that reflect real decision-making units rather than just legal entities, improving planning, territory design, and forecasting.
  • TAM Identification: Provides AI-driven TAM and account sourcing modules to find high-potential accounts that are not yet in the CRM but match ICP criteria.
  • Account Scoring: Scores and prioritizes accounts using custom metrics aligned to GTM and ICP definitions, helping RevOps build tiered books of business and focus reps on the best opportunities.
  • Research Agents: Offers custom AI agents for RevOps that “research all companies in the world as if you had unlimited time” and sync that structured insight back into Salesforce and other CRMs.
  • Data cleaning: Workflows Automates ongoing CRM updates, account research, and revenue reporting so RevOps teams can move from manual data hygiene to higher-level planning and analytics.
